Return Policy
www.theluxuryflavor.com manages the collection from the seller and the delivery from its premises post inspection to the final customer.
Return of products can be triggered based on the below reasons:
- Reason 1: The wrong product was sent by The Luxury Flavor.
- Reason 2: The product is defective / counterfeit / not compliant to the product page description.
In Case of Reason 1:
Buyer acknowledges within 2 days that the product is not the product ordered – different reference number
The luxury flavor will arrange the replacement with the right product if the wrong product has been dispatched within 3 days .
In case of the reason 2
Buyer acknowledges within 2 days that the product is not compliant to the product page description see below, clear description of the issue with photos to be shared with The Luxury flavor. The luxury Flavor will be acting as the mediator to find a suitable solution for both parties.
Should the resulted solution is to return the product and cancel the order, the amount paid will be credited back to the customer in his bank account as per his discretion. The seller should collect or arrange the collection of his item and the transaction will be cancelled (no charge / fees) to be engaged from the seller against the Luxury flavor.
Cancellation Policy
Order can only be cancelled if the product is not confirmed by The luxury Flavor with the seller.
Exchange Policy
Since our concept is pre-owned luxury market place, we can’t offer exchange as part of our offer proposition.
